China Property Tour
Our sister brand ChinaWithEase plans the trip around your viewings: airport pickup, hotel, an English-speaking guide, a driver and appointments with agents. Quoted per itinerary, typically from $2,000.
Buying & renting
Purchases and leases are handled by a licensed local agency in China that we introduce you to, under its own contract with you. Typical fees: 1–2% of the purchase price, or 50% of the first month's rent for a lease.
Conflicts, disclosed. If a home you're looking at is listed by our partner agency, we tell you before you book a check or sign anything.
