No. Property registration records in China are generally open only to the owner or someone they authorize. We can photograph documents the owner chooses to show, but we don't verify them.

No. It is a viewing report, not a licensed building inspection, structural survey or valuation.

Give us the agent, landlord or owner contact, or we arrange the viewing through the listing agent. We film only with their permission and don't film people's faces.

If we can't get in, for example because the owner refuses or the home is already taken, you get a full refund.

Usually a visit within 3–7 days of payment, depending on the owner's schedule, and the report within 3 business days of the visit, or 48 hours with the rush add-on.
